Bing's Bao Buns will be bringing their foreign flavors to the SLO Public Market later this year. Bing's serves bao buns, dim sum and Korean style dishes. Bao buns are steamed rolls with a meat or similar filling inside. With options ranging from breakfast buns, Dungeness Crab buns, and even vegan buns, Bing's is sure to have a bao bun for everyone.

Sam & Mike, owners of Bing's, started their business by delivering amazing food to friends and family. They source their ingredients locally and even grow some of their own spices to ensure their food is as fresh as possible. Their mission is to produce a locally sourced analog of their favorite tastes.
