Bing’s Bao Buns
Mon: 11a - 5:30p
Tues: CLOSED
Wed - Sun: 11a - 6p

Bing's Bao Buns brings foreign flavors to the SLO Public Market through their bao buns, Korean Fried Chicken, skirt steak, and delicious sides. Bing's carries delicious housemade sides like kimchi, pickles, soy-braised carrots, spicy squid snack, and other amazing options. They keep their bao flavors fresh and fun by rotating their bao options weekly and using locally sourced ingredients. Their rotating bao flavors always feature one meat option and one vegan/vegetarian option.
Korean Fried Chicken is all day on Thursday with no bao that day. Bao is served Friday through Sunday — and sometimes Monday. If the bao sign reads "nope" there is no bao that day or they sold out.
Sam & Mike, owners of Bing's, started their business by delivering amazing food to friends and family. They source their ingredients locally and even grow some of their own spices to ensure their food is as fresh as possible. Their mission is to produce a locally sourced analog of their favorite tastes.
