Hum­ble Oven

Humble Oven is known for their quality food in a down-to-earth counter serve setting. While Neapolitan-inspired pizza is a staple menu item, they offer pasta (made from scratch), salads, and other specialties from their deli case. They are located in the Market hall of the SLO Public Market, with their Marana Forni pizza oven being at the center.

Similar to many of the ingredients Humble Oven relies on, their rotating oven was imported from Italy. The ‘00 flour’ that goes into the pizza dough (with a 36- to 48-hour fermentation) and the San Marzano tomatoes that help make their pizzas Neapolitan-style are also imported from Italy.
