SLO Public Market is welcoming a new modest Craft Distillery, Rambling Spirits in our Market Hall. Partners in life & pursuit of craft, Jon and Ariette want Rambling Spirits to offer something more than just a distillery - it is an ode to Jon’s home state and its people.

From flora like the wild & free-growing fennel, lavender, and higueras (fig trees) of the area, Rambling Spirits aims to capture the Central Coast flavors in every spirit. Jon and Ariette (& their cute pup Lija) aim to distill years of experience in the food and beverage industry into a welcoming space for people to enjoy small bites and tasty drinks. As you join them for a drink or a bite, it is hard to miss the story behind every dish and cocktail.

They aim to be fully open by November 7th but check out their Instagram (@drinkramblingspirits) for their official opening date.
