When two people come together, sometimes they find more than just love for each other. After years of shared meals, trips, and memories, something sweet can grow from it.
Inspired by her winemaker partner's creativity, Kara began her journey in ice cream in 2018 at Negranti Creamery, where she learned the craft of making fine, small-batch ice cream. In 2021, she joined Central Coast Creamery, helping develop a small brand known as The Perfect Scoop.
Eight years later, we created Little Spoon Creamery. A small-batch ice cream shop rooted on the Central Coast, focused on making thoughtful, high-quality ice cream that brings people together.
