Multi-generational Burger Joint to join SLO Public Market. Brooks Burgers of Pismo Beach is opening their second location on Tank Farm by the Tractor Supply. Not your average burger joint, the Brooks family has been in the restaurant and cattle industry for over 40 years. It started with Great Grandpa “Hervey” Brooks the cattleman, to Grandpa “Chic” the Businessman, to Randy the Restauranteur, and lands with Luke the Burger Boss.

Brooks Burgers offers flavor-loaded burgers, Chicken, and Tri-Tip sandos, along with Tater tots, Milkshakes, Salads, and other mouthwatering selections sure to satisfy your palate. Brooks’ uses locally sourced shredded lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, along with their renowned “BOSS” sauce served on a fresh-baked burger bun. They serve classic burgers, or you can try one of their signature offerings such as the Golden State Burger, served with bacon, onion rings, sunny side up egg, Colby jack cheese, with all the fixings.
