Founded in 2018, Night Shift Cookie Co. creates beautifully delicious treats for the people of SLO County. Owner, Alexa Smith, started making her delectable treats as a creative outlet, but it quickly grew into a business that offers custom, decorated cookies for birthdays, weddings, and everything in between. Night Shift Cookie Co. will be joining the SLO Public Market to open its first storefront.

In their new storefront, guests can find cookies for any occasion packaged and ready to go — with special seasonal designs available for all major holidays. And if you’re in the mood to treat your tastebuds, Alexa offers macarons sold fresh daily. All the cookies are homemade, fresh, and delicately made. You will also be able to make custom orders in the storefront for your next party or event.
