Mama Ganache Artisan Chocolates is a small family-run chocolate business, originally founded by former Cal Poly Food Science Instructor, Chef Tom Neuhaus, and his wife Eve. Mama Ganache is now under the ownership of the Taylor Family, owners of Stafford’s Chocolates in Porterville and Los Olivos, California. They have been making gourmet handcrafted chocolate, using fresh, local ingredients from the Central Valley of California for over 30 years. The Taylor family has continued Mama Ganache's tradition of bringing the finest organic, ethically-sourced chocolates to the Central Coast. Featuring house-made bean-to-bar chocolates from around the world, and vegan-friendly, soy, and dairy-free options, Stafford’s and Mama Ganache offer something sweet for everyone!
